Deuce's Wild Single Stage 2.2 Tall Foam Pair
Product Description
Crawler Innovations was the first to combine closed cell and open cell foam into one package with our Double Deuce and Lil’ Nova product lines. After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.
CWR-3002 was designed for use in the Pitbull Tires 2.2 Rock Beast 2 Tire (PB9002NK) but will fit many other brand of tires as long as they are similiar in height and width. Examples are RC4WD 2.2 MT BC TTC; RC4WD 2.2 IROK; JConcepts Scorpio; Proline TSL SX XL.
These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire. If you desire fully filled tires, please purchase dual stage foams.
Approximate size: 5.25" Height x 1.75" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.) Deuce's Wild CWR-3015 Tuning Disc Set is a good addition to these foams in tall tires to help flatten the contact patch and fully fill the tire width wise.

Have heard a lot about this product,now I am a believer. Quality built foam that fit my pit tires perfectly. They support the weight of my heavy crawler well. Can’t wait to put them to the test. Also would like to recognize the prompt service I received from CI.

I wasn't sure if these would be worth the money, but these foams were worth every penny. They're in my bfg tires on my yeti and they're great. They greatly reduced my rolling.

I'm using another set of the DW 2.2's in RockBeast XL's on my son's Wraith so when I decided to put TSL XL's on my AX10 Deadbolt, foam choice was a no-brainer. They fill the tires perfectly with just a hint of wiggle room for tire deflection. Being closed-cell, we can play in the creek or snow w/o worrying about damaging the foams. Excellent product.

Perfect fit in new RC4WD Goodyear Wrangler 2.2

I was kind of worried that the tall foams would be a touch too big in the new Goodyear Wrangler 2.2's that RC4WD came out with. But after sticking my standard size foams in them, I knew I had to try the talls. Perfect fit. Yeti RR is a lot more stable at speed and doesn't roll over nearly as much. The perfect addition to the Yeti if you get the larger tires like the Rock Beast 2 or the new Goodyears.

Until I installed the tall foams in these tires with one tuning ring , My Yeti was impossible to keep in control. Stock factory foams didn't fit and gave no support. Thank you CJ for the fantastic fit and performance of my deuces wild !

Look Mom, No Tire Roll Over!

I bought the Deuces Wild Foams to run in my Axial Yeti. I was having severe tire sidewall roll while cornering, which caused constant roll overs even when slowing down to corner. After I installed the Deuces Wilds my tires now have very little side wall roll over and I can now corner at much higher speeds since I can now keep the tread planted where it belongs.
Best product for the small investment with majorly improved performance.
