Product Description
Crawler Innovations was the first to combine closed cell and open cell foam into one package with our Double Deuce and Lil’ Nova product lines. After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.
CWR-3008 is the third smallest 1.9 Deuce's Wild Foam. This is for Smaller scale 1.9 tires carrying heavier loads. This foam fits tires like the RC4WD Challenger, Atturo Trail Blade M/T, Fuel Gripper M/T, Trail Rider, and other small scale tires of similar height and width.
This foam is also the replacement Inner foam for the 4.75" Lil' Nova Competition Comp Inner CWR-2034;CWR-2035; CWR-2036.
These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.
Approximate size: 3.875" Height x 1.375" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)

Used these with the small 1.9 proline super swampers stretched on 2.2 spi racing wheels 1.5inch wide. No modification needed. These foams eliminated flat spots and tire compression on my tow rig.

Good fit for the Atturo Trail Blade M/T 1.9's under a heavy rig

Following C.I.'s recommendations, I chose the DW single stage foams for my RC4WD Atturo Trail Blade M/T 1.9's, because the Gelande II Cruiser RTR, which I bought them for, is about 6 lbs box stock, and with a few hop-up's it quickly hits 8 lbs. Sure enough, the foams supported the weight, while still allowing the tire to conform to the terrain. I was very pleased with this setup!

Really high quality product , shipped in days . My RC Crawler tires bite without sagging and running with 20 turn motors I have great traction running at speed without tire roll in corners . Excellent high quality product !

Have a local hobby shop with indoor crawler course...I like to run the Iroc super swampers, sticky good all around traction...but with the stock foams tires would collapse and get stuck between things in hazards...with the CI foams the outside of the tire could still work as normal but no collapse and went through course much better...thanks CI for your great product!
