Deuce's Wild Heavy Weight Single Stage for 1.9 Tires; 3.85”-3.45” Tall Foam Pair (2)

Crawler Innovations is out with another first. Introducing our Heavy Weight single stage closed cell foam pair. This new product features our dense car stand foam, cut and shaped into a complete inner tire foam. This ultra dense inner, offers superior steering response, and a firm foundation for your tire. In high power applications, these foams support the tire so that it can drift across the surface. These foams are 100% water proof.

CWR-3306 is the smallest 1.9 Deuce's Wild Foam. This is for SMALL 1.9 tires carrying heavier loads. This foam fits tires like the RC4WD Mud Thrashers, Dirt Grabber, and other small tires of similar height and width.  

This foam is also the replacement Inner foam for the 4.25" Lil' Nova Heavy Weight Comp Cut Inner CWR-2314;CWR-2315; CWR-2316.

This foam is also the replacement Inner foam for the 5.0" Double Deuce Narrow Heavy Weight Comp Cut P/N; CWR-1370; CWR-1371; CWR-1372.

These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.

If you are interested in completely filling a 1.9 size tire with foam and do not care about waterproofness, the Lil Nova 4.25, 4.50, 4.75" Outers will stretch over this pairing. Those outer P/N's are CWR-2047, CWR-2048, CWR-2049. These outers are cut from conventional foam and are not water proof. Only the 5.0" & 5.25" Double Deuce outers will fit this pair of inners if going into a 2.2 size tire on a narrow rim.

Approximate size: 3.375" Height x 1.375" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)
