Product Description

Crawler Innovations was the first to combine closed cell and open cell foam into one package with our Double Deuce and Lil’ Nova product lines. After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.

CWR-3003 was designed for use in the Pitbull Tires 2.2 Growler Tire (PB9008NK), Axial BFG Krawler tire, Axial Falken Wildpeak, Panther Leopard, Ottsix U4, Pro-Line Super Swamper SX standard height and it will fit many other brands of tires in similiar in height and width. 

These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.

Approximate size: 4.75" Height x 1.75" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)

Crawler Innovations was sent a set of the Ottsix U4 tire to test. This tire is designed for the New Axial Yeti and for competition in the U4RC series. C.I. tested them on the 2.2 KOH rig "Big Blue" The truck weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces RTR as tested in the video. The tires were tested with Deuce's Wild 2.2 Standard foams and 6 Bolt 1" wide glue on wheels. The tires were tested on various terrain at Barnwell Mountain ORV Park in Gilmer, Texas. The chassis is custom made and uses VP AR60 Axles and VP SCX Trans.

    After talking to Crawler Innovations on the phone and taking their advice, I ordered some standard Deuces Wild forms for the rear of my brushless Bomber. What a huge difference in handling. Definitely a stiff rear tire but holds up great to 3300kv power. Great product and a greater customer service! A+++

    Best bang for buck upgrade possible. Immediately noticeable improvement in handling at speed, take off traction, cornering roll... Night and day. Killed belly slap in 8.5 lb much metal yeti and so much more stable at WOT 3s.

    Purchased the Deuces Wild to fill some stock 2.2 Axial BFG Krawlers. They are Perfect. 1/10 Yeti with 1/8 Castle system on 4S. Having fun breaking parts. The product is great.

    Have the single & double stage CI foams on a Wraith Spawn & Losi comp crawler. Just awesome. Using the single stage foams for the rear wheels of the Wraith - not 100% certain its the right choice for the local terrain but the tires roll true & don’t balloon or fold over the rim in corners.

    As the header says. These are 1000% better. Good balance between stiffness for speed and flex for the tread while crawling. Much better than the stock foam in my axial wraith.
