Crawler Innovations was the first to combine closed cell and open cell foam into one package with our Double Deuce and Lil’ Nova product lines. After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.
CWR-3007 is the second smallest 1.9 Deuce's Wild Foam. This is for Smaller scale 1.9 tires carrying heavier loads. This foam fits tires like the RC4WD Flashpoints, Mud Plugger, Dick Cepek Mud Country, Tomahawk and other small tires of similar height and width.
This foam is also the replacement Inner foam for the 4.50" Lil' Nova Competition Comp Inner CWR-2024;CWR-2025; CWR-2026.
These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.
Approximate size: 3.625" Height x 1.375" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)

These are the best foams for class 1 and 2 that I run. I would recommend these to anyone

Hands down CI foams are a must for any truck. A small price to pay for support and performance.

I'm using these foams on a 11 LBS class zero rig and they are fantastic. I'm running 1.9 wheels with the 1.55 Rock Beasts stretched on and these foams profile the tire perfectly and five great support and while maintaing conformability on the trail. Hands down the perfect foams for a Class Zero bloated tank of an RC at 11 Pounds without battery and scale loadout and figures.
Thank you CI for another WIN!

Used these on 1.9 mudplugger tires, I did trim them a little on the sides to get the fitment I wanted. Huge improvement in performance for my truck especially sidehilling. Second set of these I've bought for my scale trucks.

Skeptical at first, I admit that it is a must for every crawler
