Product Description
Crawler Innovations was the first to combine closed cell and open cell foam into one package with our Double Deuce and Lil’ Nova product lines. After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.
CWR-3018 was designed for use in the RC4WD "Rumble" Monster Truck Racing tire, the JConcepts Renegades MT tire, and the Pro-Line Destroyer Clod Buster size tire, but it will fit many other brands of tires as long as they are similiar in height and width.
These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.
Approximate size: 4.875" Height x 3.750" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)

These are way better than stock foam!

I decided to give these a try in monster trucks a while ago. They fit in JC renegades, knobs, launch, with tribute wheels, those are what i tried them in. Theres a gap between foam and tire allowing the tire to sag a bit and have more surface area to grip, and the much harder foam eliminates any rebound on landing! I was amazed how they transformed my trucks. Now i never run a set of tires without them! I also tried them in rc4wd Ignitor wheels, you have to trim the inner diameter a bit for those wheels so if you plan to run them you will need to dremel some out, otherwise fit good.

I’m an avid rc monster truck racer. Crawler innovations is my go to foam for my race and freestyle trucks. If you want the best you want Crawler Innovations foams.

They're to small for the pro line Demolishers. Tuning rings would most likely fill the gap if they made them.
I'll get the Renegades since its listed as one of the few that fits.

If you are a RC monster truck racer or basher looking to perfect your landings, it goes beyond the shock tuning. With big tires, you also need to consider their rebound and adding some performance foams to negate that rebound. CI Deuces Wild single stage foams help with rebound, traction and sidewall support and are in all my sport and pro modified race trucks that run the Trigger King series.

These foam inserts are a must have when racing solid axle monster trucks. the foams reduce 'bounce' when landing from jumps.
