Double Deuce 6.0” Triple Stage / Firm Outer & Tuning Ring

Crawler Innovations is out with another first. Introducing our triple stage foam pair. This new product features our ultra dense car stand foam, shaped and comp cut into the inner foam. This dense inner, offers superior steering response, and a firm foundation for the second stage. The second stage is our standard gray foam, and is Comp Cut machined. The third stage is our conventional open cell outer foam. Swap out the tuning ring and it is possible to have four different densities inside your rc tire. Both the first and second stage closed cell inners are machined with our Competition Cut to align the foams and ensure maximum tire response.  Both of the closed cell inner foams are super dense, water proof, are not temperature sensitive and are extremely durable. The Firm conventional outer foam is not temperature sensitive, but it is not water proof.

The "Comp Cut" inner has three grooves machined into the area where the outer and inner meet. The machined grooves allow for the outer foam to collapse into them resulting in a much more responsive tire. The inner foam width is 1.50" and is machined for 1" width wheels, but they will fit any size wheel/rim from .7" to 1.35".

The 6.0" is the largest inner in the Double Deuce Dual Stage foam line. These are designed for the PitBull Tires Rock Beast 2, Ottsix Voodoo Pin crawler tires, RC4WD 5.75" tall tires such as the IROK, MT BC TTC, and for 6.0" Cut N Shut custom tires. These can also be used in 5.5" tall tires if you have a very heavy scale truck, or if you want more inner support in a competition truck.
