The Lil' Nova Dual Stage Foam design is for all high-performance applications where grip and traction are essential. Available in a variety of compounds and sizes, the Lil' Nova Crawler Foams are the perfect addition for your new tires.

These Micro Single Stage foams are designed for the tuning of micro tires on 1:24 scale vehicles, such as the Axial SCX24, the ECX 1:24 Temper, the 1:25 Proline Ambush and similar size and weight micro crawlers. These foams will fit all of the RC4WD micro tires.
These inserts feature a standard conventional or open cell density foam cut entirely from our Soft Outer Foam Material. This conventional foam is not temperature sensitive, but it is not water proof.
Approximate size: 2.0" Height x 1.75" Width
The foam is sold extra wide on purpose to allow the end user to trim the foam width wise, to tune or soften the foam for traction control.

We bought a few of each firmness to do fine-tuning on our 1/24th crawlers. Lots of foam in each to fill 4 tires. Nice surprise - each pack comes with so many decals for the scale garage, tool box and crawlers.

The stock foams are to dense even after trimming and tuning. These lip nova soft foams are perfect for the 1/24 scale crawlers.

Awesome foams for the scx24 I got the set of two and they are wide enough that I cut them in half and was able to make a set of 4 used them in my rc4wd wheels and proline hyrax and vented the wheels they are super soft and perfect for the size and light weight of these trucks! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using stock tire foams in my scx24’s for over a year now and didn’t realize how much tire performance was left on the table I wasn’t utilizing till I put some of these lilnova foams in and it was a night and day difference and I looking forward to what they can do in my 1.9 tires so if you are thinking about getting some save yourself the trouble and just get them because they are awesome.. crawler innovation will definitely have a repeat customer here!

Being knew to the world of RC crawling, I was happy to discover Crawler Innovations foams for the Scx24. Once I installed and followed instructions I realized what I was missing. I have only tried the soft and plan to test medium and hard when I am able to, but wow at this scale makes tires conform to terrain so easily while still keeping form on side hill.

These were just what I was looking for for some tires for my 1/24 and 1/18 scale trucks. Tires did not come with foam so this fit my needs perfect. One package was enough to do all four tires and I love the fact that you can cut them to fit different with tires. The soft compound was great for my lighter rigs.
This combine with fast shipping and some absolutely awesome stickers made this a definite five star purchase.

In the micro scale world, you can’t beat these foams. Plenty of material to trim and tune to your liking, or fill the mighty Scrambler tire. Buy it.
