Up for a sale is a custom built, 2wd traxxas slash transmission, with all Steel internals and Mod 1 gearing.

This custom built transmission consists of:

- Hot Racing Aluminum Housing that is designed to be an entire heat sink to draw heat away from the motor;

- Robinson Racing Steel Mod 1 gears inside transmission (still three geared transmission)

- Traxxas Mod 1 spur

- 5mm steel output shafts to connect to drive shafts; these are not cross drilled, but ground flat for use with a set screw on both sides; the solid steel shaft creates a spool, so this transmission is fully locked.

- This transmission is intended for experienced builders and drivers, not a novice.

Crawler Innovations and Ayala Metal Works participated at the RCDRL event on October 9th, 2021, in Canton, Texas. This was our first race on a prepped drag strip, complete with functioning staging lights and timing system. Several different rim, tire, and foam inserts were tested that day and much was learned.
