Super Class XR10 Comp Crawler

This Super Class RC Rock Crawler has quite a history. It was driven by Rowdy Racing at the 2014 USRCCA World Finals where he finished 2nd with this crawler. This Super took a fall into the Atlantic Ocean at that event and was shelved until Crawler Innovations took possession of it back in December 2014. It needed all new electronics, plus some new replacement parts.

Build time is always a tough commodity and it took a little over one year & 6 months before it was running again.

New custom made titanium upper links for the front and rear were made to match the custom made and shaped titanium lower links.

Installed electronics include:

- Tekin Pro 45T Motors x2

- Hitec 7980 steering servos x2

- Castle Creations Side Winder Micro ESC's x2 custom smashed together (3S or 4S capable)

- Castle Creations 10amp BEC's x2 (1 for each servo, one esc powers the RX and both esc's)

- Deans Micro Plugs to keep everything modular in case of a comp day failure

- Futaba 4Ch RX

- The first part of the video below is a time lapse of it being wired up. Once completed the video shifts to the Super Juice being test driven for the first time. The last segment of the video was filmed at a local park once the new skins were installed.

- Hand made cut n shut tires by Edmundo @ Crawler Innovations that consist of 4 proline 3.8" moab sidewalls with 6 pairs of Ottsix 2.2 Voodoo Pin tires to create the over sized pin

- Foams are CI Super Nova foams, part # CWR-4004 front and CWR-4005 rear.

- Y Town Crawlers 115mm carbon fiber bead locks with VP SLW hubs

- Y Town Crawlers Super Juice carbon fiber chassis

- Axial XR10 widened axles; the extra width is accomplished by using the long side AR60 axle shaft from Axial, the axles are fully built with all Vanquish Products aluminum tops, transmission case, motor mount and upper link mount, Axial machined gear sets,
